The Commonplace Group is an open Lyceum inviting artists and writers to share their work and favorite quotes from other public sources in such a way as to refresh the viewer for a moment.

The hope is that these moments may open new ideas and refresh current thinking. Future collections that brighten the day might spontaneously evolve and the Group may become a larger community fostering invention. This is an invitation.
